When are items dispatched?
Items are dispatched ASAP - usually within two days of your order. If you require an urgent delivery please contact us via info@flightsofnancy.biz when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Flights of Nancy returns policy
As Flights of Nancy is brand-spanking new, we appreciate you may feel that you're taking a chance on an unknown kid.
We're *so* confident you'll heart your Flights Of Nancy bag, we offer a full refund, including return postage costs, for a whole six months post-purchase, provided it’s as new and includes your purchase receipt.
God forbid you find any faults with your Flights Of Nancy product, but if you should we will happily replace or refund it. After all, we want you to love your bag as much as we do – maybe even pass it down to your grandkiddies one day.

What method of UK postage do you use?
Within the UK, items are shipped by Royal Mail and Parcelforce and should be with you within 24-48 hours of being sent.
Do you ship overseas?
Fo' shizzle. Shipping will automatically be added to your order when you select the destination country. International orders are sent using the equivalent of Royal Mail signed-for international, Parcelforce, or FedEx.
My Flights of Nancy holdall has two metal zip sliders, is that normal?
Some Flights of Nancy customers have found the two metal zip sliders on their leather holdall a bit of a head scratcher. Our Indonesian suppliers have fitted two zip sliders in order for you to lock your holdall should you need to. One functions as a zipper, while the other is just there to look pretty. We like to think this adds to its cheeky charm; what do you think? Answers on a postcard please (or, if you're all 2.0, to info@flightsofnancy.biz.)
Am I going coco-loco or has my Flights of Nancy bag changed colour slightly?
Chances are you're not doolally. Due to the hand-dyed nature of all Flights of Nancy bags, there may be a small degree of colour transfer over time.
You see, our suppliers work with natural leather that they then hand dye. This means that the leather used to make Flights of Nancy bags still features all that wonderful texture and individuality that makes them so smashing. We've toyed with the idea of using factory-dyed leather, but to be honest it all looks a bit... samey.
We work closely with out suppliers to ensure colour transfer is kept to a minimum, and will never knowingly sell a bag that's likely to mark your fancy new all-in-one white leather playsuit (werk it, girl!)
