Our Ethical Ethos

Flights of Nancy currently works with small family-run businesses in Indonesia. 

Over the past 18 months we've developed strong relationships with these suppliers, working alongside them to develop our designs. 

While leather goods can't currently earn the 'fair trade' tag, we aim to adhere to those principles, ensuring our suppliers provide good working conditions and salaries, and that no underage workers are employed in their facilities. 

Similarly, it's important to us that we've established partnerships based on mutual respect, understanding, and laughter - because we believe that business should be personal.
